Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: The parties shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of natural calamities, national emergency, war, prohibitive governmental regulation or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties. Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement, to any third party, without Satellitedynamics’s prior written consent. Any assignment or transfer of these Terms, without such consent, will make the assignment/transfer null and void. Satellitedynamics may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction, to provide the agreed Services to you. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns. Notice: Any notice required to be given or otherwise given pursuant to this Agreement by the parties concerned, shall be in writing and shall be sent through email, or hand delivered, Government mail service, or sent by recognized courier service to the address mentioned in the website in case of Satellitedynamics and to the address provided by the user at the time of registration.
